Stay in our centrally located and well appointed one bedroom condo at, "The Pines at Ore House Plaza". There is a great attention to detail and an emphasis on comfort.  After a day on the slopes, hiking on a nearby trail or shopping in town, it's nice to know that you have a comfortable and welcoming home to return to where you can relax in front of the raised hearth, river-stone fireplace, read a nice book, enjoy a glass of wine  or soak in one of the 12 jet hot tubs located just a few steps away from the front door. 

Location and Convenience

It couldn't be more convenient!. Located between The Ski Mountain and Historic Downtown. Getting around Steamboat is easy with the frequent service of the Steamboat Springs Transit (SST) free bus route. There are two stops just a short walk from your front door. A couple of minutes away on foot you'll find shopping at Central Park Plaza and Sundance Plaza, complete with two grocery stores, liquor, fresh bagels, dvd rentals and much more. For any last minute equipment needs, Ski Haus is located right next door. And lastly, the beautiful Yampa River trail is across the street if you desire a morning jog or leisurely walk in the Colorado sunshine, and you could also try fly fishing!

  The accessibility of this location cannot be beat. Once in Steamboat you will not need a vehicle.

Description

The accommodations are tastefully furnished and very comfortable for two to four guests. The bedroom features an upgraded queen size bed with high quality linens and a ceiling fan. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with the queen size sleeper sofa.  The living room features a mountain view, garden patio access, river-stone fireplace and ceiling fan.

The condo features a spacious walk through kitchen with plenty of counter space and upgraded appliances. In addition to dining table seating there is also additional seating at the bar. The bathroom is bright and spacious. 

All linens, towels, cookware and dishes are included. You will also find amenities such as an iron & ironing board, soaps, laundry detergent and spices. Everything is here for a pleasant and memorable stay.  This is a ground floor location. Moving in and out is a breeze and there are no stairs.

Steamboat Springs is a special place. The "Curse of the Yampa Valley" will keep you coming back.
